Serve Meal / Clean Up

Overview: Two Bikes provides a free community dinner on Saturday evening. Your volunteer task is to help Matt serve and clean up the meal.
Meet Time: Saturday, 5:30pm at the community long table.
Tasks:
Ensure that buffet style meal is all labeled with dietary information
Ensure there are trash cans and compost bins near the dinner table
Help serve meal
Any tasks requested by Matt
Clean up afterwards including spraying and wiping down tables and chairs
Parking
Items you need:
Walkie talkie from the Two Bikes Staff
Reflective vest
Overview: Your job will be parking cars in the big field. We’ll provide you with direction, but the goal is to create low rows of two cars facing eachother, parking lot style. Last year we used the cars to build a long wall that defined the “zone” for bike camp.
Meet Time: 9am and park cars until noon.
